After my father passed from kidney cancer, I realized that my lifestyle really needed a makeover. I was a fast food junkie and a MORE than moderate wine drinker, and I knew that I should probably start with my diet, but I had no idea where to begin…
One Sunday, I was watching Oprah’s “Super Soul Sunday”, and in this particular episode, she featured Kris Carr’s Crazy Sexy Cancer documentary. I really connected with Kris and what she decided to do after her diagnosis. After watching her documentary, I read her book Crazy Sexy Diet, and it was at that point that I really leaned into a vegan lifestyle.
I also read Skinny Bitch, by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin, which is also very informative and a lot more graphic, especially when it comes to animal cruelty. If you are considering a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, I highly recommend that you check this one out also.
In both of these books, they discuss skin care and how the toxins in many skin care products are absorbed into the body. So, I decided to go searching for an organic, non-toxic skin care line containing the most effective age-defying or anti-aging ingredients that was also reasonably priced…turns out that most of the organic lines are WAY out of my price range!
After a lengthy search, I came across a line called BlackBox Cosmetics. While reading about their products and ingredients, I kept thinking “this is too good to be true”, but I had tried many products in the past that were far inferior ingredient-wise, so I decided to give the Restoration Kit a try. I have to be honest…I absolutely love these products! They also have a line specifically for problem skin called GeniSkin. From the te
stimonials, teenagers and users with problem skin rave about this line. The Restoration & GeniSkin products are also packaged with the ability to purchase refills that save you money and reduce waste. Most recently, they developed a sulfate & paraben free hair care line called VuDu Hair…there is nothing like it in the hair-care industry!
I love this company and its products so much, that I signed up as an Independent Sales Associate (ISA). With the most innovative, highest paying commission & bonus structure in the industry, becoming an ISA allows you the opportunity to achieve financial independence or easily supplement your income. The compensation structure has NO sales quotas, NO monthly or annual product purchasing requirements, NO stocking of product, NO monthly financial commitment, NO annual renewal, NO unfair sales requirements and NO recruitment requirements.
